Russell Parker is the Founder/Chairman & CEO of First America Energy, Inc., a Florida Corporation headquartered in West Palm Beach with branch offices in Lewis Run, Pennsylvania. Mr. Parker believes that Western Pennsylvania is a sleeping opportunity for profitability.
Mr. Parker has been an entrepreneur for 35 years. His distinguished career reflects continual advancement while creating profitability and value for companies. Before starting First America Energy, Inc., Mr. Parker served as the Executive Vice President of On the Move Corporation. He was responsible for organizing high-level strategic marketing initiatives while maintaining efficient control of financial and human resources.
Previously, as Chairman & CEO of Reed & Steven, an ad agency that represented major entities such as The Florida Marlins, The Florida Panthers, Alamo Rent A Car and local and national congressional clients, he garnered over 400 Addy Awards and international awards, for his branding and marketing expertise, while generating in excess of one billion dollars in revenue for his clients.
He also serves on the Board of Directors of the On The Move Corporation, a chain of 56 gas and convenience stores throughout the State of Florida and has been a previous board member of the Make - A- Wish Foundation of South Florida.
Adam Hellwig, Esq. - SR. Vice President Land & Energy Acquisitions
Adam Hellwig is a licensed attorney in the state of Pennsylvania and New York and an oil and gas professional. His background includes contract law, negotiation, regulatory affairs, oil and gas litigation, title and purchase and sale of oil and gas assets.
His career includes launching a high priority review of every parcel for National Fuel Gas Supply Corporation’s Northern Access 2016 gas pipeline project. Supporting their acquisition and management of right of way, reviewing and drafting all agreements appropriate for procurement of goods and services related to the Company's pipeline operation. For the Long Consulting Group, he successfully managed a due diligence project on over 50,000 acres in Western Pennsylvania which included review of abstract of title while preparing various reports and opinions including drilling title opinions, division order title opinions and acquisition title opinions. He provided guidance on all title-related matters associated with oil and gas operations, title litigation, and drafting and reviewing curative documents for a wide range of complex title matters.
Mr. Hellwig has extensive experience in drafting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements such as master service agreements, joint operating agreements, master limited partnerships, drilling contracts, farm-in and farm-out agreements, productions agreements (gathering, processing, transportation), terminaling and storage agreements including determining net revenue interest, working interest and other related calculations based on findings from abstract and title opinions.
